About Women Leading Women

We see your passion for making a difference. And we’re eager to let you know you don’t have to do this alone.

At Women Leading Women, “We’re Better Together” isn’t just some sort of catchy tagline. We wholeheartedly believe we are better together because it is God’s created and purposeful design.

Yet we know that being a leader in ministry {someone who deeply feels the calling to bring others together} can sometimes be a weighty responsibility and isolating role.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Over the last couple years, we’ve grown a lot as a team and as a community. The growth we’ve experienced in character, skills, and a re-energized purpose has been a direct result of knitting our hearts with like-minded women in authentic community. And we want to invite you to join us.

Our goal is to give you a gathering place where you’ll find soul-care and resources steeped in biblical truth for your personal growth and renewal. We want to help you lead others well but we’ll start by encouraging you to love and lead yourself well. You will be nurtured here, and you will grow. We did.

Our Women Leading Women community evolved out of a specific need for women leaders, influencers, and encouragers to have a safe place to land. A place where they can ask questions and network with others who are facing similar experiences. From this original group {of almost 7,000 women now}, we discovered that there was a need for even deeper connection.

So we decided to help you find your people.

We know firsthand that when we lock arms with deep-spirited, like-minded friends, that all of us have a greater impact on this world.

Together we are better.

That’s why we’re offering this Philippians 2:4 type of community, in which we are “not looking to your own interests but . . . to the interests of the others.” We’re committed to setting aside our self-interests, leaving jealousy behind, and working together to create true community  of kindred spirits are that is in step with the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:25-26).

Women Leading Women is a place for you to find authentic community, soul care, and resources steeped in biblical truth for your own personal growth.

But you might be wondering where and how do you find all that we offer? Well, your starting place is here at the Women Leading Women website. Take a minute to click around and uncover the tools and encouragement we have available to you. Be sure to join our email list so that you can stay up to date on everything we’re putting together for you, like our Leadership Workshop Series, Leadership Tips, Weekly Blog Posts, and future webinars.

Holley Gerth

Holley Gerth

Dreamer & Community Founder

Holley is the girl of God-sized dreams. She originally had a desire to gather a group of women who would come together to connect, encourage each other, and help each other grow. One day on Facebook, she posted  for women who lead other women to contact her in the hopes of putting together an advisory group. That simple social media thought brought about 50 responses in the first hour and proved we weren’t the only ones thinking a group of like-minded women would be a good and wonderful thing.

Holley is a Wall Street Journal best-selling author of several books, a life coach, and a speaker. She also cofounded the website (in)courage and blogs at HolleyGerth.com. Her most recent release is the You’re Already Amazing LifeGrowth Guide.
